I have been living at laurels at greenwood Apartments in Canton for 3 years. I love this place. It's quiet, the people are friendly, the staff is 100% on point. Whenever I have a problem like a Toyota or League or anything maintenance is there when I call. I have never not been able to call the office and ask a question and get it answered immediately. My neighbors are great. I live in this community and I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a good safe place to live.

I have been living here 2 years and I love the staff here genuine and friendly always that goes a long way with me. The Apartment manager Dawn has been awesome she is sincere and will do whatever she can to help and I have experienced that firsthand. The here grounds are kept clean and I have not experienced any issues with bugs since I have lived here. The pool is kept up I see them out there every morning 10:00 a.m. cleaning the pool and getting ready for the day and I appreciate the work and the care the maintenance team puts in for us it it doesn't go unnoticed either thank you to Denton in the maintenance crew here I can't say enough about you guys either!!! I can't say enough about this place and its staff and I have never met more friendlier people than I have here everyone is great and I love it here, I honestly do!

Absolutely beautiful apartment quiet place. Have a nice and clean big pool, summer able enjoy it with other people. Easy access to Freeway; Grocery; and Shopping Center in Canton. I am incredibly surprised by their Management's Love the staff here, very friendly and always available. Very timely with work orders too. I will fully recommend to other's. L.C.
